We run lunch clubs on Tuesday and Wednesdays where people can enjoy a home cooked hot lunch for £1.50.  We also can provide vouchers for local Food Banks and provide a clothes bank for both adults and children.

We run a Community Café where anyone is  welcome – no need to book, just drop in.  Wednesday 13.00-14.30.  There is a small charge  (up to £2) for most workshops and there is limited crèche provision.

We have trained facilitators who offer couples and parents support including;

  • Prepare Enrich UK, a nationally known couples programme,
  • Getting Ready for Your Baby, a 4 week antenatal programme
  • Parenting courses and 1-2-1 support for parents

We also have a team of trained volunteers who can offer 1-2-1 support for people who are feeling vulnerable or isolated or who have mental health issues.

For full details of the programme please contact the team directly. Programmes may vary in the school holidays.
